The “I Cannizzi” lodgings are owned by a local family, Pietro, Anna Maria and their children Giusy and Giuseppe who work with them, but don’t live on the Island.

We welcome you to our “I Cannizzi” apartments where you will find hospitality, comfort and a relaxing and charming atmosphere to spend your vacation on the lovely island of Pantelleria.

We’ve been managing these apartments for many years with passion, care and hospitality. The perfect place for those in need of a calm and welcoming environment, a great way to spend your vacation with family and/or friends, in summer or in winter, for sport, wellbeing, nature, relaxation, culture and great food.

We’d be happy to compromise to meet your needs and to do our best to help you so you can have the best time in our apartments and have a lovely time here on Pantelleria Island.

“I Cannizzi” are located on the southwest side of Pantelleria Island, in Vicolo dello Scirocco 5, in the Scauri neighborhood, where you will experience magical sunsets – when the wind is right, you can even see the coast of Tunisia.

“I Cannizzi” are in the countryside, right next to the San Gaetano historical center, between old city walls and lush hills planted thick with caper bushes, grapevines, vegetables and fruit orchards. The ideal place for those who desire a pleasant and relaxing vacation from March to November.

“I Cannizzi” lodgings are available in various sizes, sleeping between 2 and 7 people.

“I Cannizzi” are:

• 100 meters above sea level;
• 5 km from the nearest airport;
• 8 km from the center of Pantelleria;
• 8 km from the port of Pantelleria;
• 1.5 km to the sea;
• 500 m from the center of Scauri;
• 1.5 km from the small tourist port of Scauri;
• 1.5 km from the Vela dello Scalo.

To get to Pantelleria Island:

• Port of Pantelleria | Buy ferry tickets;

Our lodgings, all newly restructured and with independent entrances, are tastefully furnished, functional and welcoming, and is equipped with all comforts necessary for a lovely vacation.

The lodgings are open from March to November, it is also possible to visit for a short time in medium and low seasons.

• March – 15 € (per person, per night);
• April – 20 € (per person, per night);
• May – 15 € (per person, per night);
• June – 20 € (per person, per night);
• July – 25 € (per person, per night);
• August – 30 € (per person, per night);
• September – 20 € (per person, per night);
• October – 20 € (per person, per night);
• November – 15 € (per person, per night).

Children:

• Free up to 2 years of age;
• Between 3 and 12 years old: 30% discount;
• Over 12 years old: full price.

The following services are included in all room prices:

• Water, electricity, gas;
• Animals admitted;
• Barbecue;
• Towels;
• Sheets and linens;
• Garden;
• Parking;
• Cleaning service at end of stay;
• Television;
• Round trip transfer from port or airport to Cannizzi lodgings.

Pets are welcome, as long as they are never left unattended in the apartments.

Payment:

• Deposit | 20% of full stay must be paid upon booking. To be deposited to the following account: Postepay n° 4023-6006-2481-5421, accountholder Rodo Anna Maria;
• Balance | Must be paid upon arrival.

Cancellations:

• > 20 days | If the reservation is cancelled more than 20 days in advance, the deposit will be refunded;
• < 20 days | If the reservation is cancelled less than 20 days in advance, the deposit will not be refunded.
